Manual reassignment allows a user with appropriate privileges to reassign the Sales Rep on accounts, leads, or contacts, and their associated tasks and appointments. Either specific records can be selected to be reassigned to a specific Sales Rep or all records of a specific Sales Rep can be reassigned to a different Sales Rep.
Note: For systems that interface with OMD, new assignments made to a Bill-to account can be automatically made to all associated Ship-to accounts. However, protected assignments on Ship-to accounts are not changed.
