Adding Categories

To add a new Sales Rep Assignment Category:

1)  Make sure you are logged in with an ID that has administrative privileges.

2)  Click on  in the Button Bar or Tools->System Console.

3)  Click on  for SRA Configuration in the System Console page.

4)  Click on  for SRA Category. The following form appears.

5)  Click on New>>. The fields will turn white to be editable.

6)  Fill in the fields. See the table for descriptions.

7)  Click on Save. The ID will be assigned.

8)  If you want to reassign Sales Reps, see Reassigning Sales Reps.

9)  If you want to exit, click on Cancel.

10) Click on home (mySalesChain) to exit from SRA options.
