The ShipTo’s tab lists the name, address, and backend accounting system number of each ship-to account record associated with the account being viewed (the bill-to record). These records are created by the backend accounting system. This tab only exists if the system interfaces with a backend accounting system AND if the account record being viewed is the Bill-to account.
