The following is a sample of the order detail form. The actual form used by your company may vary slightly. The form can be viewed as having two major sections:
§ Transaction section defines the general order transaction information, such as, addresses, delivery information, and terms for demos, rentals, upgrades, maintenance, and leasing
§ Equipment and Adjustments section identifies the equipment, its pricing, adjustments to pricing, profit data, sales commissions, details related to relocating or picking up old equipment
