The search/filter fields of the Leads tool allow you to change which leads are displayed in the list based on one or more characteristics or criteria. (The Categories field does not show in systems with only one Sales Rep category.). When you change the value of any search field, you must click on Refresh to update the displayed list. Clicking on a letter in the Letter Bar immediately updates the list to show leads with accounts beginning with that letter which meet the criteria in the search fields.
Note: If only leads with accounts beginning with A were displayed before clicking Refresh, then only the leads with accounts beginning with A that met the search criteria will be displayed. Use the Letter Bar to display all or other leads that met the criteria.

Note: After changing the fields, you must click on Refresh to update the list.
Example
To see all
leads in the Copier category that have an active status and were created
automatically:
Select Copier in the Category field. (Note:
You may not have this category on your system.)
Select
Auto_Process in the Source field.
Select *Active in the
Status field.
Leave the other fields at their all
value.
Click on Refresh.
Click on ALL in the alphabet box to
see all accounts A-Z with this type of lead.
