Book Tab

The Book tab lists the assets, agreements, and leases of the account. You can click on a serial# of an asset to open the asset view, an agreement# to open the agreement view, or a lease# to open the lease view.

Field	Description
ASSETS
Model	Model number of asset. # indicates the service contract or lease for this asset is part of a different account record * indicates asset is part of a service contract or lease in this account record but is physically at a different location (different account record)
Serial#	Serial number of asset. (Link to Asset View.)
Asset Tag	Tag number (equipment ID) of asset.
In-Date	Date the asset went in service.
Mfg	Manufacturer of asset.
Contr#	Contract number of the asset. (Link to Agreement View.)
MO Usage	Average monthly usage of the asset.
Lease	Lease number and finance company for the asset, if any . (Link to Lease View.)
Linked To	Serial number of the primary asset that this asset is associated with. (Link to primary asset’s Asset View.)
AGREEMENTS
Agreement#	Contract number of the agreement. (Link to Agreement View.)
Model	Model number of the asset on the agreement.
Serial	Serial number of the asset on the agreement.
Type	Type of contract.
Status	Status of the contract.
LEASES
Lease#	Lease number. (Link to Lease View.)
Finance CO	Company financing the lease.
$Financed	Dollar amount that was financed.
Payment	Dollar amount of each payment.
Term Date	Termination date of the lease.
